A specified unit has been established at the Bank to receive and handle customer complaints, to be processed within 10 days, subject to extension depending on the nature of the complaint, provided that it does not exceed 30 days from the receipt of the complaint and with an explanation for the reasons of the extension to the complainant. In case the customer is not satisfied with the response provided by the Customer Complaints Management Unit, he/she has the right to contact the Central Bank of Jordan or the judiciary system, noting that you can contact the Central Bank of Jordan through the following email: www.cbj.gov.jo
